Suggested Use

• Mild (Usui) – ½ tsp (~1g) straight

• Medium – 1 tsp (2g) for lattes or sipping

• Strong (Koi) – 1+ tsp (3g+) for smoothies or bold lattes

Serving Suggestion

Add 1 tsp (2g) to a chawan or cup. Pour in ~80 ml of hot water (80°C, not boiling). Whisk until a fine lather forms. Sip slowly and enjoy.
